Good Sounds Playlist | Fly

Whaddup! The Good Sounds Playlist returns with another week’s worth of stonking new music to not only make your Monday morning as good as possible, but also reignites the passion between your mind and your ears.

Firstly, we just wanted to say thank you to all of those who have subscribed to the playlist. We’ve reached the 70 FOLLOWERS mark which is mad. So thank you. Imagine all of us getting down to some hot tunes in a room, how joyously uncomfortable would that be? It’d be beautiful but man, proper stuffy vibes. Madness. But yes. THANK YOU.

This week’s playlist is varied beyond belief, with kudos given to Oya Paya for the inspiration behind the name. Their new single “Fly” is a glorious hit of Indie goodness, much like North Parade’s “Birmingham” (who you’ll see later on this week) and the storming “Giving In” by St. Buryan (who you’ll see VERY SOON).

You’ve also got some sweet, sensual vibes courtesy of Joel Stewart, Emmanuel Patterson, M’lynn and Hips, as well as some upbeat beats from Dom Champ and Trunky Juno. Trunky Juno might just be the most fun band name to say out loud ever, by the way. We were pleasantly surprised by the bluesy groove of Alex O’aiza’s “Money” the driving, thunderous power of Talkboy’s “Someone Else For You” and the slightly weird mood of Death Hags “Electrochemical Communication”. Enjoy!
