We get LUCIA’s new single “Blue Heart” correct

LUCIA return with new single “Blue Heart”. We featured the Scottish band previously for their single “Cheap Talk” in which we famously referred to it as “Small Talk” and not only do we feel proper stupid, we’re excited to get the name of their songs right this time around. Sorry guys.

Having recently been named as one of NME’s Ones to Watch for 2019, “Blue Heart” is a track that packs the ammunition to confirm exactly why. Shimmering walls of Post-Punk guitars immediately fill the airwaves, whilst thunderous drums bash out a rigid groove beneath. Melodies and harmonies decorate the thick layer of distorted noise and this is topped off nicely by a dominating vocal performance from frontwoman Lucia Fairfull.

“Blue Heart” is a thunderous collision of instruments, one that gets you amped up and ready to kick some teeth in. LUCIA are certainly doing their bit in proving why they’re Ones to Watch and well, we can’t wait to see what they do next.
