Good morning everybody, and welcome to this week’s roundup of the Good Sounds Playlist. It’s crazy that we’re in March now. Honestly, where does the time go? It seems to move quicker each year. It makes me want to keep hold of the recent pastries I’ve been making lately, as one second it’ll be there and the next it scone. Yep, that’s how I’m going to kick off this week’s content.
The name of the roundup is Walk in the Woods after the new single from Snarls, which appears on their newly released debut album Burst. It’s a wonderfully hazy little tune, one that makes you feel encompassed in forestry. There are also appearances from blog alumni Make Friends and The Crowleys, as well as some laid back contributions from Beachtape, The Sunset Beach Hut, Nightcars and Robi Mitch. I’ve actually been listening and enjoying Robi’s latest EP Our Year, and recommend you check it out too.
As always, thank you for checking out and listening to the Good Sounds Playlist. We’ve been creeping steadily in followers over the last year or so and honestly, I don’t really care about reaching certain numbers. Sounds Good’s all about simply celebrating good music and recommending it to others to brighten their day, so it’s quite the thrill to see so many of you enjoying the playlist. If you like what you hear, please consider sharing it with your favourite people. Sharing is caring. Music is love. All the best, see you next week.
