Vacances – ‘Hearts’ | Single Review

You know how sometimes you hear something and it makes you feel shivers and wonder how you’ve lived this much of your life without hearing it until this moment? Whether it be a new band, a new single, or the doorbell when pizza arrives, it’s possibly one of the greatest reasons to stay alive. ‘Hearts’ is the new single from Vacances, who are actually about to drop their new EP Strangers on June 22^nd.

Complete with soaring synthesisers that not only know how to fill a room but know how to fill a room with grooves, ‘Hearts’ is a song that immediately wants you to be become it’s best friend. It’s snappy drums slip into the hips and the amount of hooks it has is nothing short of unholy. It’s bright, it’s vibrant and I love it oh so very much indeed. Goddamn.
